We recognize your efforts in educating and providing pet care for animals with donations that will benefit the pet society.

All requests should be mailed or faxed on the letterhead of your organization. Please indicate the name of the event, the mission or objective of the event, and the date it will be held. Please submit your request 8-12 weeks ahead of time.
